Local Ministries

Faith is engaged and provides leadership in a number of Lexington-area ministries. Click on the links to learn more about how you can get involved.

BUILD – Social Justice, Feeding the Hungry, Free Adult Dental Clinic, Habitat for Humanity, Refugee Ministries. In addition, we lend our support to other community agencies, for example, ringing bells for the Salvation Army, baking turkeys at Thanksgiving for Nathaniel Mission, serving dinner to the homeless at Maxwell Street Presbyterian Church, and collecting items for The Nest and food for God’s Pantry.

We collect supplies on an ongoing basis for the Catholic Action Center, which provides hospitality to people in need by filling gaps in services to the marginalized in our community. The following can be deposited in the bin located outside the church office:

Paper products: Napkins, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, Plastic cups (reusable)Disposable forks, knives, and spoons, Personal items such as shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. Travel-size items are welcome. We welcome opportunities to share our facilities with the community.
